Our Signature Blend is a carefully crafted combination of Brazilian and Ugandan coffees, designed to perform exceptionally well as both espresso and filter. This medium roast brings out the best flavours of the regions, offering smooth notes of caramel, warm spices, and almonds, making it the perfect everyday coffee.

• Brazil - Mantiqueira Mountains: Sourced from the Cocarive Co-operative, this regional coffee is produced by smallholder farmers focusing on quality over quantity. With an altitude of 1100-1300 MASL, this Yellow Bourbon variety delivers a rich, pulped natural coffee with exceptional character.

• Uganda - Katanda Community: Grown by over 1,000 smallholder farmers in the Kasese District, near the Rwenzori Mountains, this coffee is processed with care by Agri Evolve. Cultivated at altitudes of 1300-1600 MASL, the fully washed SL14 and SL28 varieties provide a beautifully balanced flavour.

The blend brings together the depth of Brazilian beans and the brightness of Ugandan coffees, ensuring a balanced and versatile cup every time. Whether you prefer espresso or filter brewing, the Signature Blend delivers smooth, consistent flavour.
