About Us

Hello there! I'm Francisco Ramos, a coffee enthusiast and entrepreneur based in the UK. My journey into the world of coffee began at the AECC in Scotland, where I had the opportunity to work at world-class events like Oil & Gas. During this time, I was in charge of Costa Coffee, where I discovered my love for coffee and began honing my barista skills.

Later, the company transitioned and became P&J Live. I was fortunate to be part of this change and to work at major events like the BBC awards and concerts by renowned artists like Iron Maiden and Louis Capaldi. My passion for coffee continued to grow, and I developed my barista skills through self-learning, experimenting, and practising at home.

Today, I work as a barista at the University of Exeter and have decided to carve my own path in the coffee industry. I founded Ramos & Corzo Company Ltd, and my first venture has been to create I Brew It, an online specialty coffee shop. Here, I offer a blend of coffee that I consider my signature, as well as specialty coffees and blends from different parts of the world.
