It all started in the vibrant halls of the AECC in Scotland, amidst the hustle and bustle of world-class events like Oil & Gas. Here, at the helm of Costa Coffee, a spark was ignited. Surrounded by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, I found my calling. This was where I began to refine my skills as a barista, not just as a profession, but as an art.

As time marched on, I witnessed the transformation of the AECC to the now renowned P&J Live. Being part of this transition was not just a career milestone; it was an opportunity to immerse myself in an environment that celebrated excellence, be it at the BBC awards or electrifying concerts by icons like Iron Maiden and Lewis Capaldi. With each event, my passion for coffee only deepened, pushing me to expand my horizons through self-learning, experimenting, and perfecting my craft in the comfort of my home.

Now, standing behind the espresso machine at the University of Exeter, I’ve embraced my true calling. The decision to carve my own path in the vast world of coffee led to the birth of Ramos & Corzo Company Ltd. Our first adventure? Launching I Brew It – an online haven for specialty coffee aficionados. At I Brew It, we don’t just sell coffee; we offer an experience. A blend that I proudly call my signature sits alongside carefully selected specialty coffees and blends from across the globe.
