In collaboration with Muraho Trading Co., we ensure that each cherry is handpicked with care, meticulously sorted to remove imperfections. This attention to detail guarantees a coffee experience that is pure, authentic, and untouched.

'Shyira Sunrise' undergoes a meticulous washed process. The cherries embark on a journey of transformation, floated and pulped, then fermented in concrete tanks for about 12 hours. The age-old tradition of ceremonial foot-stomping is employed to agitate the fermenting parchment, enhancing the coffee's rich and complex profile.
